EXTREMELY RARE MID CENTURY EAMES ERA ABSTRACT ART GLASS SCULPTURE. Probably a piece by Timo Sarpaneva. This one has an amazing abstract two sided window design and can stand up or lay sideways. Either way offers an intriguing view. While laying on its side the view is somewhat like looking through a winding tunnel of an unknown land - astonishing! In the standing position - the view through the window offers the another mystic view with the dark shadows of whatever is on the other side as well as the rain of the cola colored drips from the exterior glaze. If the background is lit you can really see the blend of the royal blue and purple interior.

Although there are few bits of the thick brown drips that have been bumped and some light surfacing scratching on the flat surfaces - the piece is in overall WONDERFUL CONDITION for its age. This rare find is very nicely sized at approx. 7"h standing up x 4". Additional Pictures available upon request.
